I have a true passion and enthusiasm for helping people recognize and attain their goals, no matter the challenge it requires, and I have years of experience in doing just that!

Prior to my career in and passion for real estate, I attained my bachelor's degree of Fine Arts from McNeese State University, which led me to a successful teaching career, whole-heartedly devoting myself to my students and community as a vocal music educator/private instructor for 18 years.

As a teacher, my top priorities were always caring for my students and providing them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they needed to successfully achieve their goals. I believe teaching is a gift that keeps on giving; it provided me life-long skills in the art of communication, listening, sympathizing, partnering skills, and helping others realize their full potential in light of difficult circumstances.

I have an eye for home interior design/staging and am passionate and motivated to achieve the best results in this ever-changing market for my clients, whether buying or selling! I am confident in my knowledge of the real estate landscape in the greater Houston area, specializing in the communities of Baytown, Mont Belvieu, Sugar Land, Crosby, Deer Park, Richmond, Rosenberg and Katy.

I believe positive actions equal positive results! Building life long relationships and building a strong rapport with each client is a primary goal for me.I have licensed since 2004 and my clients know I am always available for them, I don't forget you once we have closed on your home. Knowledge is power, therefore, I am always continuing me education to better serve my clients. I am member of the Council of Residential Specialists and hold several other real estate designations.

Client care and satisfaction is a top priority and what Carrie stands for. Being a RN for 19 years, Carrie knows what it takes to strive for excellence in caring about and putting others needs and wants above her own. Providing special attention to and meeting the needs of individuals and families is first and foremost on her list. She goes above and beyond the measure to assist others and is always ready to accept a challenge.

Carrie has been married for 22 years and has two children. Her daughter and son-in-law live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex and her son, who lives in the Baytown area, has the goal to obtain his Realtor's license too.

Carrie's hobbies are collecting cat figurines as she has three cats, Minnie, Moe, and Frosty, and one Chihuahua named Paris, who is the Queen of the house. She also is active in her hometown church and serves on the Hospitality committee and in her son's BSA Troop where he is an Eagle Scout. Carrie also enjoys watching HGTV and feels she has found what is close to her dream job by assisting others in their home transition through life, stress free to the best of her ability.
