Carla Castellanos was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. She relocated to Dallas, TX in 2007 to pursue her career as a Financial Analyst. In the summer of 2014, she relocated to London, UK with her husband to focus on raising her family. She moved back to the US in 2017, this time calling Houston, TX home. She lives with her husband and three children and in her spare time she enjoys helping and being part of her community and is an active member of Junior League of The Woodlands. She was awarded Keller Williams Signature Rookie of the Year in 2022 after completing $3.5M in sales volume during her first year as a Real Estate agent. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, retail sales, ministry and event planning, Laura is a natural in customer satisfaction. She began her career with ExxonMobil in marketing, but her love of people and her desire to make a positive difference drew her into full-time ministry at Second Baptist Church of Houston. Laura acted as Special Events Coordinator, produced and co-hosted the Christian radio show "Single Connection" and directed one of the largest Women's Ministries in the nation. After moving with her family to the Woodlands, she turned her attention to real estate.

Laura was always an active volunteer in the girls' school and extracurricular activities. From PTO fundraising to her most recent position as The Woodlands High School Swim & Dive team booster club Board President, she has broad exposure to the heartbeat of her community.

Laura's big personality, commitment to excellence, strong work ethic, integrity and passion for people shine through in all that she does. She is married to Frank Wright and together they form what he lovingly refers to as a house divided; Laura is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, while Frank graduated from her rival school, Texas A&M University. Married almost 30 years, they are the proud parents of three lovely daughters. With two Aggies and one Longhorn, they happily maintain their house divided.

My name is Tracey Tarr, I was born and raised in Texas and am excited to add Realtor to my job title!.
