With a passion for helping people, experience in customer service, executive support, child education, and marketing, Carolina Vargas has the perfect background to be an effective, resourceful, and understanding Real Estate Agent. Carolina has a Bachelor's of Business in Marketing and a minor in Digital Marketing, various certificates in Supply Chain Management, and even held a Montessori teaching certificate. Her digital marketing skills allow her to successfully promote properties on all social platforms and search engines to increase the odds of selling her client's properties in the shortest amount possible.


As previously mentioned, Carolina also has a background in teaching children in Montessori schools; this experience allowed her to develop her communication skills with parents from various backgrounds. Carolina comes from a big family where she learned the importance of doing things with integrity. Whether in her personal life or while conducting business she believes very strongly in having open communication, being honest, and always doing things with integrity.

After serving in the military for 4 years, I further pursue my education and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business at the University of Houston. My degree in business coupled with my passion to care for children, I opened up my own business in Childcare industry. Thru hard work, dedication and perseverance, me and my business partner/husband grow the business and have branched out on another location. My interest in real estate started from the time we were looking for the daycare locations. I have always been hands on and involved the entire time. It was then I discovered my fascination in real state. After years of watching real state TVs, attending seminars and growing passion in the Real Estate, I decided to get my license. Being new in this industry, I don't have much reference to showcase. But having been a meticulous real state buyer and have been into countless negotiations myself, I have a great understanding of how it is to be. The military experience, the years spent with kids in the daycare, the customer relationship and people management skills and experiences I have gathered over the years are my tools to assist you in making concise, cautious and clear decisions every step of the way to your dream property.
