I grew up in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. My family relocated to Kingwood for all the wonderful amenities, easy access to Hwy 59 with malls, restaurants and movie theatres. Kingwood is considered The Livable Forest. The parks are wonderful as you can see the deer, the birds and there are picnic areas by the boat docks and of course watching the lake. In addition to my family, I am actively involved in the community through volunteer involvement with our church and at our local middle and high school's athletics and fine arts programs. I have also been involved for 10+ years with a small non-profit that supports our wounded, ill, and injured military veterans, another great passion of mine! I enjoy spending time with my family, my black lab Ducky, and working on home décor and improvement projects in my spare time.
