Debbie Manning has been licensed in Houston as a Realtor since 1978. A native Houstonian, Debbie offers her clients twenty seven years of knowledge and experience. She has been involved in all facets of residential sales. Debbie has extensive experience in relocation, both with US and international clients. Her in depth knowledge of the Houston market also has made her popular with investors taking advantage of the IRS 1031 tax-deferred exchange. In addition her clients benefit from her knowledge of income tax deductions and savings related to the sale and purchase of residential real estate.

In her career, Debbie has also been a professional Real Estate Trainer and a Sales Manager. “My experience on all sides of the real estate transaction is a great benefit to my clients,” says Debbie. Growing up with The Woodlands since 1973, has given me great knowledge and history of the area and certainly a sense of pride to call it Home.
