About Matthew Everett

I'm a Real Estate Broker/REALTOR® with 15 years of experience in the industry, primarily with the Houston and Austin markets, and the Texas Hill Country. Although I have worked in commercial sales and leasing, single family and multi-family sales and leasing, farm and ranch, and unimproved property (acreage), I find that representing Sellers and Buyers with residential sales to be the most rewarding. Each real estate transaction is a learning experience as I listen to my clients express their needs and desires. Then, together, we examine market data thoroughly (and regularly, as market conditions can change quickly). Based on this research, we can determine the best path forward. I believe that my primary role is an advisor, but I see the advisor/client relationship as a partnership. My goal in every situation is to achieve - and hopefully exceed - my clients' exceptions.
